Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a cozy and relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat off the main road. However, the small size and unpredictable electric heating unit made it challenging to fully unwind. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The location was superb, close to the city center but still offering a tranquil atmosphere. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The hotel is located close to the river and the city center, offering a lovely stopover for a walk into Inverness. The rooms are modern with great en suite bathrooms, although a bath would have been a nice addition. The service by the owners is warm and inviting, making our stay very accommodating. The dining experience is exceptional, with a good selection and tasty options.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to a large shopping district and activities. The rooms are very clean and bright, with a brand new en-suite that worked perfectly. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The dining options were good, offering three main choices daily. Overall, a great place with friendly service and a convenient location.
The hotel room, although a bit small, was lovely and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The warm and inviting service from the staff made me feel right at home. The location was really good, just a short walk from the center of Inverness and close to the river. The dining experience was wonderful, with freshly prepared meals every morning. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed during my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for our odd-numbered group, although a bit small-with 2 massive beds. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the availability of tea, coffee, and biscuits was a nice touch. However, the room size made it a bit hard to relax, especially with the fluctuating electric heating unit.
